Returning an Item

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. We does not accept returns on jewelry, electronic gift cards, physical gift cards, swim, intimates, fragrance, nail polish, and anything noted as final sale. You can return merchandise purchased online to our warehouse. We offer EXCHANGE ONLY. Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to our warehouse unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for return processing. Store Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse.

Refer to the Return Instructions on the packing slip when returning your item. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.

Return by Email

1. Pack your stuff securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached and everything.

2. Be sure to include your original packing slip with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the packing slip, just include your order number, billing name & address on a piece of paper with your return.

3. Use the pre-printed label on the front to address your package, and make sure all other labels have been removed before you send it off.

4. Send your package to: “Please email us for address”

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS, Insured Parcel Post, or any other trackable, insurable shipping service for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, you can return the unwanted items to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt for a free exchange ONLY. The 30 day mark will be calculated by the original purchase delivery date as stated on the tracking record of your shipment.
